MEET THE CAPTAIN
Captain Jeremiah Johnson AKA “JJ”. JJ began exploring the coastlines and waters of Alaska when his family moved to Sitka when he was 6 years old. At a young age, fishing quickly became JJ’s passion in life and it became his mission to catch a fish any way possible. (He’s so fishy that he was featured in an official Pocket Fisherman commercial at the wise age of 11!)
Now with over 30 years of experience running boats in Alaska & the Caribbean under his belt, Captain JJ looks forward to sharing his lifelong knowledge and experience with you - and sharing a glimpse of the Alaskan lifestyle whether your goal is to catch your first Alaska Salmon, experience a humpback whale tail, or just explore the raw beauty of Alaska’s outer coast.
